(ES) Normas generales que regulan el alojamiento de clientes con mascotas en los alojamientos gestionados por El Casar del Puente SL, para que su estancia sea lo más agradable posible y no suponga ninguna incomodidad para el resto de clientes ni para
los vecinos.
- Se admite un máximo de dos mascotas por alojamiento.
- El propietario del animal tendrá la obligación de mantenerlo en las debidas condiciones higiénico-sanitarias.
- El propietario del animal es responsable de los daños causados por la mascota, ya sea a terceras personas, ya sea al mobiliario.
- En todo momento el cliente se hace responsable de su mascota y del comportamiento de la misma.
- No está permitido que su mascota haga sus necesidades en el alojamiento. Tienen a su disposición el entorno. Recuerden que es obligación del propietario de la mascota recoger sus deposiciones.
- Para entrar y salir del alojamiento tendrá que llevar a su mascota atada y con la correa corta.
- Su mascota no podrá permanecer sola en el alojamiento en ningún momento.
- Se pide a los propietarios de mascotas que no dejen subir sus mascotas a las camas o sofás, quedando expresamente prohibido que las mascotas duerman en las camas del alojamiento. Deberán traer la canastilla de su mascota para que
esta duerma. - No se puede bañar la mascota en el baño del alojamiento ni se pueden utilizar las toallas que encuentran a su disposición para secarlo.
(EN) General rules governing guest accommodation with pets at properties managed by El Casar del Puente SL. Our goal is to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, without causing any inconvenience to other guests or neighbors.
Pet Limit: A maximum of two pets is allowed per accommodation.
Hygiene & Health: Owners are required to maintain their pets in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions at all times.
Liability: The owner is strictly responsible for any damage caused by the pet, whether to third parties or to the furniture and property.
Supervision: Guests take full responsibility for their pet and its behavior throughout the duration of their stay.
Waste Management: Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves inside the accommodation; please make use of the outdoor surroundings. Please remember that it is the owner’s duty to pick up after their pet.
Leash Policy: When entering or leaving the premises, pets must be kept on a short leash.
Unattended Pets: For safety and comfort, pets may not be left alone in the accommodation at any time.
Furniture & Bedding: We kindly ask owners not to allow pets on beds or sofas. It is strictly forbidden for pets to sleep on the beds. Please bring your pet’s own bed or basket for them to sleep in.
Bathing & Towels: Pets may not be washed in the bathroom facilities. Additionally, the use of guest towels to dry pets is strictly prohibited.
